Founder
Ben is a Philadelphia native born in Germantown and raised in Montgomery County. Ben specializes in assisting buyers, with a heavy focus on educating first-time homebuyers on the entire process start to finish. Ben's professional background is in sales and non-profit management, where he learned the benefits of a client-first approach to business. Ben is extremely hard working, compassionate, and accessible around the clock. Ben currently resides in Brewerytown but active in selling real estate in every neighborhood of the city! Ben's local knowledge of Philadelphia, along with his extensive list of local mortgage lenders, home inspectors and contractors, makes him a one-stop-shop for anyone in the market!

Meet Kamal Marell
Team Specialist
Kamal Marell is a Philadelphia native, raised in the Mt. Airy section of the city. With over a decade of professional experience and stellar relationship building in the fields of public education, social work and community partnership, Kamal is excited to focus that same energy on the real estate community. As a native of the city, Kamal has intimate knowledge and appreciation of the city’s rich history as well as an understanding of its extensive housing market landscape. With a passion for commitment and service in the Greater Philadelphia area, Kamal is equipped to help support home buying and selling needs. As a member of 5 Square Philly, Kamal carries the values of transparency, hard work, integrity, and outstanding client service into everything he does. Kamal’s main objectives are to provide access, information, and opportunities for future real estate owners to create memorable, lifelong relationships.
Currently, Kamal resides in Brewertytown with his fiance, Lisa. When he isn’t making homeownership dreams come true for his clients, Kamal enjoys spending time DJing, working out and hanging with family and friends.
Meet Ben Katz
Operations Director
Ben brings a unique approach to the real estate buying, selling, and ground-up construction in the Greater Philadelphia area. He is focused on serving the entire community and supports public-private partnerships to bring sustainable infrastructure and fair values to clients on both sides of the transaction. Ben has a particular interest in helping builders and developers acquire land to promote development of sustainable commercial, residential and mixed-use structures.
Ben has served 12 years in the United States Air Force as a pilot and navigator with over 2,500 worldwide flight hours. His military experience and commitment to integrity, service, and excellence translate to the real estate and development space as Ben offers a well-balanced and organized approach to exceeding his customers’ needs.
